Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from KellRae’s Country Market. We take care in creating, packing, and describing our products, and if we make a mistake or there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital downloads are generally non-refundable. If you receive the wrong file, the file is damaged or unusable, or you experience another problem with your digital order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Physical Products
If you would like to return an eligible physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending the item back. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition. For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, if approved.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order information and, when appropriate, photos showing the problem. If the problem was caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right and you will not be responsible for the cost of correcting our mistake.
Handmade & Natural Products
Many KellRae’s Country Market products are handmade or created with natural materials. Small variations in color, shape, pattern, texture, or appearance are part of their character and do not necessarily indicate a defect. Product listings will describe significant variations whenever possible. Before Returning an Item
