Pop-Up Rolls

Grandma Helen brought me this recipe when she came and stayed with me in the apartment in White House, Texas. My oldest was a baby and she’s 30 years old now!

Makes 9 rolls

You’ll Need:

1 ½ c flour

3 TBS sugar

2 ¼ tsp baking powder

¾ tsp salt

¾ c milk

1 ½ TBS mayo

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°

Step 2: Combine everything until moist and mixed.

Step 3: Grease muffin pan and fill ¾ full.

Step 4: Bake 375° 20 minutes

KellRae’s Kitchen Tips: These aren’t the consistency of yeast rolls. They are kinda in between a roll and a biscuit.
